* Realize support task to sophisticated users (we are talking about tech people with years of experience)
* Report to Support Manager about the state of the issues
* Interaction with Product Manger and development team
* Involved in the continuous product improvement.

• RequirementsKey Requirements
  
  * Experience in Support/ Help Desk tasks
  * Experience of providing support to sophisticated users (not consumers)
  * Good Unix experience (Linux)
  * Good Virtualization experience (Installation and Administration)
  * Some Storage Systems knowledge (OpenStorage, netApp, dell equalogic, etc)
  * Network configuration
  * Skills on one of scripting language (bash, perl, python, ruby)
  * Experience on production environment (Hosting providers, big company datacenters, etc.)
  * Excellent communication skills (Completely fluent in English)
